Continuing a 32 year tradition of excellence, Scintillare, The Italian Family Table, maintains the best of East Tennessees best and most beloved pizza, pasta, subs and calzone. Originally named the Italian Village and run by iconic brothers Joe and Tony beginning in 1978, the new owner, Jan Charles, kept the best of the dishes the brothers originally offered, and has updated, expanded and modernized the menu, while changing the name to reflect the new direction.
Scintillare (which means sparkle in Italian) will continue to offer the very best hand crafted pizza, pasta and calzone in East Tennessee, in addition to offering Jans food - the food which led to her position as a tv host on WVLT and Food Network - homemade, hand crafted and truly extraordinary.
